Pinterest in training

Emma is my little Pinterest buddy. She loves looking at decorating ideas for her room and  yummy recipes for us to try.

Today we took the opportunity to put together a fun craft gift for a birthday party she's attending.  As we walked around Michael's and the idea began to develop she said, "Mom, you could put this on Pinterest!"  She was so excited to share our creation with the world, so here it is!

We purchased a large letter 'G' for her friend's first initial, along with fun supplies for her to get her craft on.

Added some tissue paper to the cute box we found and layered in the supplies.

Wrapped it all in some cheery yellow ribbon and we're ready to party!  Don't you just love giving homemade gifts?  I do!

Great job Em!  Very Pinterest worthy!  You are certainly a girl after Mommy's own heart.
