31 Days of Praying Over Your Homeschool

Homeschool planning is in full swing around here.  My printer and copy machine are flying at the speed of sound, my brain is overloaded from too much "brain storming" and we're I'm waiting expectantly for the UPS man to start dropping boxes off at my front door.  This week I'm incredibly thankful for iced coffee and dark chocolate.

But no amount of planning, decorating or organizing will be worth anything unless it's bathed in prayer.  I spent some time last month setting goals for the kids prior to the planning frenzy, prayerfully considering what the Lord wants for each of my kiddos in the coming year.  He knows...He's got this.  It would be silly for me to go it alone, reinventing the wheel when He already has a plan.

While getting my daily Pinterest fix, I came across a free printable that was too good not to share.  In fact, it is so good that I stopped, right in the middle of my planning, to blog about it here for you. You're welcome!

What a wonderful way to kick off the year!  Of course we pray for our school year, but this gives you specific scriptures to pray and meditate on for each day of the month.  Mine is sitting freshly printed and waiting to be put into my prayer journal.  Won't you join me in praying for your homeschool year?
